How do I get started?
It’s easy. Just download the BlueCC App from your app store or visit the BlueCC desktop portal. Follow the prompts to register using your card details and some basic info—and you’re in. Answer Text
Can I manage multiple cards in the BlueCC App?
Yes, you can manage more than one Blue Visa® Credit Card—but you’ll need to add them using the BlueCC mobile app. The option to add multiple cards isn’t currently available in the desktop version. So, for the best experience, be sure to use the mobile app when adding your cards.
Is the app secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-leading encryption, biometrics and security tools, so your info stays protected. And because your card never leaves your hand, you’re already a step ahead of fraud.
How do I set a travel notification?
Set a “Travel Notification” in the desktop version before you go and we’ll make sure your card works seamlessly wherever you go. From beach days to business trips—we’ve got you covered. This feature is not currently available on the mobile version.
Something’s not working—what should I do?
