Members can now use Skip-a-Pay on Blue Digital without calling or visiting a branch. The feature checks your eligibility automatically, making loan payments more flexible.

$5 of each Skip-a-Pay fee goes toward supporting Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Terms & Disclosures

The following loans are not eligible for Skip-a-Payment: Credit Cards, Protect-a-check or line-of-credit loans, All 1st and 2nd Mortgages, Finish Line Mortgages, FHA Title I, Finish lines, HELOCs, bankruptcy loans, loans that are currently delinquent beyond the 10 day grace period, Short Term Loans (12 months or shorter), recreational vehicle loans with more than 180 months remaining on the term, and smart loans. By opting for Skip-a-Payment, you request that Blue Federal Credit Union defer your loan payments as indicated. You agree and understand that: 1) Finance charges will continue to accrue at the rate provided for in your original loan agreement, during and after that time; 2) deferring your next payment will result in your having to pay higher total finance charges than if you made your payments as originally scheduled; 3) this payment deferral will extend your loan(s) and you will have to make extra payment(s) after your loan(s) would otherwise be paid off per your original loan terms; and 4) you will be required to resume your regular monthly payments in the following month. If you previously elected to purchase any GAP or insurance products on this loan, coverage will not be extended beyond the original maturity date. Skip-a-Payment request subject to a $50.00 loan extension fee. $5 of the Skip-a-payment fee goes toward supporting Children’s Hospital Colorado. Three (3) consecutive monthly payments must have been made to the loan and your loan(s) must be in good standing at the time you choose to accept this offer. Loan extensions of any kind are limited to three per calendar year and eight over the life of the loan and all deferrals are subject to Blue Federal Credit Union approval. Real estate, credit card, short term and line-of-credit loans are not eligible. If your loan payment is deducted from another financial institution, we must receive notice 15 days prior to the due date to suspend that payment for one month. Additional restrictions may apply.
