Our hearts are with everyone affected by the wildfire conditions impacting communities throughout Colorado.
If you have been evacuated, displaced, experienced property or vehicle loss, or are facing financial hardship because of a wildfire, Blue Federal Credit Union is here to help. We are offering relief options designed to provide immediate support and reduce financial stress during this difficult time.
Available support may include emergency loans, payment deferrals, skip-a-pay assistance, replacement debit cards, help with account access, and guidance for members navigating next steps after evacuation or property loss.
If you or your family have been impacted, please contact us or visit a branch. Our team will listen first, help identify the option that best fits your situation, and work to make the process as simple as possible.

Your Mid-Year Financial Reset: Simple Steps to Finish the Year Strong
The middle of the year is a natural time to pause and review your personal finance goals.
Perhaps you started the year planning to increase your savings, focus on paying down debt, improve your credit, or become more intentional about your spending. Or maybe unexpected expenses changed your priorities and affected your progress.
A mid-year financial check-in gives you an opportunity to review your current financial health, adjust goals that no longer fit, and create a practical plan for the months ahead. Think of it as a mid-year money reset—not a reason to judge past decisions, but a chance to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The Latest from Blue:
Celebrate Blue’s Impact
For 75 years, you’ve trusted Blue to be part of your financial journey. Whether you’ve been with us for decades or just joined our membership, thank you for allowing us to serve you.
Celebrating our anniversary with our members and communities reminded us that Blue is more than a credit union—it’s the people who make it special.
If we’ve made a positive impact on your life, we’d be grateful for your vote in this year’s community awards. Your support means the world to us and helps us continue serving our communities for years to come.
Thank you for being part of Blue’s story—and for helping us write the next chapter.

FRAUD TIPS
Buying Tickets or Shopping Online?
Scammers know that excitement over concert tickets, sporting events, and online deals can make it easier to let your guard down. If you’re buying from someone you don’t know, taking a few extra precautions can help protect your money.
A few extra minutes of caution can help protect your money and your personal information.
Use payment methods with buyer protection
When buying an item or ticket online, choose a payment method that offers purchase protection whenever possible. If a seller insists on using an unprotected payment method or asks you to pay in a way that can’t be disputed, consider it a red flag.
Keep records of the transaction
Save screenshots of your conversations with the seller, the original listing, and your payment confirmation. When messaging the seller, be specific about what you’re purchasing. For example:
“Hi! Are you still selling two concert tickets for Friday’s show?”
Clear documentation can be helpful if you ever need to dispute a transaction.
Verify the seller
Take a few minutes to review the seller’s profile. Does it appear active? Does it have a history of posts, reviews, or real interactions? Scam accounts are often newly created, have very little activity, or use stolen photos.
Make sure the details match
Before sending payment, confirm the seller’s name matches across their profile and payment account. If the information doesn’t match—or something feels off—pause before moving forward.
If the price seems too good to be true….it probably is.
Scammers often advertise tickets or products well below market value to create urgency and pressure buyers into sending money quickly.
Include a detailed payment memo
If you make a payment, include a clear description of what you’re purchasing in the memo. Keeping detailed records may be helpful if there’s ever a dispute.
