Blue’s Digging the New Blue Boost Center!
The Blue Foundation broke ground on the first Blue Boost Center in the heart of Cheyenne. The Foundation’s Board of Directors and executive director have worked on this community enhancement since 2023 and are excited to bring a world class community resource to the city. The Blue Foundation, created in 2012, is a 501(c)(3) that seeks to increase financial wellness throughout Wyoming and Colorado. Blue Federal Credit Union started in Cheyenne in 1951 when they were a small credit union on F.E. Warren Air Force Base. Today, it is the largest credit union headquartered in the state of Wyoming near $2.25 billion and serving over 145,000 members worldwide.
Digging the Scene at Our Groundbreaking Ceremony!
The Blue Federal Credit Union Foundation (The Blue Foundation) established its first Blue Boost Center at the southwest corner of Pershing & Converse Avenue. Here, the board of directors and executive director of The Blue Foundation ceremonially broke ground on Monday, June 17th, 2024, at 11am at the Blue Diamond Center on 2401 E Pershing Blvd. Cheyenne, WY 82001.
Blue’s commitment to Cheyenne includes a passion for revitalization. Partnering with local construction and furnishing firms, The Blue Boost Center will be locally based, with the intention to serve Cheyenne for years to come.
