  • Distribution Date: Your new card should arrive by May 15.

  • Activate your new card starting Saturday, May 17, 2025, by calling 1-800-631-3197 if in the U.S. or call 1-531-262-5350 collect if out of the country.
  • Update your Bill Pay, subscription services, and online accounts to make sure they are linked to your new Blue Visa® Credit Card.
  • Properly destroy and dispose of your old credit card by cutting the card several times and disposing of sections in separate trash bags.
  • Reset any card alerts you created online.
  • To assign a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to your card, please call 1-888-886-0083.
