Becoming a member of Blue is simple—because belonging should be.
Whether through family, your workplace, or a shared commitment to community, there is more than one way to step into something built around you.
Through A Family Member
Belonging often begins at home.
If someone in your household or immediate family is already a member of Blue, you are eligible to join as well. Because when one person finds a lifelong champion, we believe that support should extend to the entire family.
Through An Employer Or Organization
If you work for or are affiliated with an eligible employer or organization in Colorado or Wyoming, you may qualify for membership through one of our Blue Partnership organizations.
Through A Donation To The Foundation
You can become a member by opening an account and making a $10 deposit. $5 is used to establish your membership, and $5 supports the Blue Foundation and its community impact.
We match all new member donations up to 80%.
Through F.E. Warren Air Force Base and Wyoming Military Entities
Civilian and military personnel of the U.S. Government who work or are assigned to Francis E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming
Employees of the F.E. Warren A.F.B. Air Force Exchange and other non‑appropriated funds activities who work at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base

The Blue Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization founded to champion, fund and celebrate local nonprofit causes that keep our community and people strong, financially stable and healthy.
Since its inception, The Blue Foundation has given over $350,000 back to our communities. In 2024, The Blue Foundation launched The Boost Center.
The Boost Center by Blue is more than just a place; it’s a promise to uplift and strengthen the heart of our community.
We join hands with trusted non-profits, to focus on helping people find secure housing, empowering educational growth, and opening doors to new economic possibilities. We offer guidance and support as they build a path to lasting financial independence.
