CHEYENNE, WY (April 2026) — Families across the Laramie County are invited to attend Bedtime Bash with Boost, a free, interactive event designed to help parents, guardians, and caregivers create healthier, more connected bedtime routines for their children. The event will take place Monday, May 18, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Blue Federal Credit Union Headquarters, 2401 E. Pershing Blvd.

Hosted by the Boost Center, the event offers a welcoming, come-and-go format that allows families to participate at a time that works best for them. Children are even encouraged to attend in their pajamas.

The Bedtime Bash will feature engaging, hands-on activity stations focused on a variety of bedtime-related topics, including toothbrushing, bathing, bedtime stories, digital hygiene, and healthy snacks. Families will leave with practical tools, take-home resources, and simple strategies they can use right away to make bedtime smoother and more meaningful.

“This event is about supporting families in building positive daily routines that strengthen connection and well-being,” said [Insert Name and Title]. “By bringing fun, education, and community resources together in one place, we hope to make bedtime something families can look forward to rather than a challenge.”

The event is designed primarily for children ages 3 to 12, though all ages are welcome to attend. Dinner will be provided, and children ages 3 through 12 will receive a backpack filled with bedtime-friendly freebies and resources for parents, while supplies last. Transportation assistance is also available for those who need it.

Registration is required, and space is limited. Families are encouraged to save their spot by registering in advance. To register, please visit – https://form.jotform.com/260846443454057.
