How long do you have to be a member to use MoneyMover?
Members can use MoneyMover for inbound transfers at any time after they have joined Blue. Outbound transfers of funds require membership of at least 90 days. They must be an Online Banking user to enroll themselves online. Click Here to enroll or log in to Online Banking.

What are the limits for transferring funds into a member account using MoneyMover?
- Transfer up to $5,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
- Transfer up to $5,000 a day from external checking and savings accounts.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for funds to transfer.
After your account has been open for 90 days, you may transfer out of your Blue accounts using MoneyMover.

Is MoneyMover free to use?
Yes, MoneyMover is absolutely free to use.

Is there a fee FROM external financial institutions that members set up?
Blue Federal Credit Union has no affiliation with any external account as these are simply ACH transfers, therefore we have no control over external financial institutions charging fees for ACH transfer originating from these accounts. If you are concerned about a fee associated with your external account, please speak with a representative at your external financial institution.

How long does it take to verify an external account?
External account verification typically takes 2-3 days for the micro-deposits to show in the external account.

How long does it take for a MoneyMover transfer to post?
MoneyMover transfers typically takes 1-2 days to post depending on if you are depositing into or withdrawing from your Blue Federal Credit Union accounts.

Can you remove an external account?
Yes. You can remove an external account at any time by clicking “Delete” underneath the external accounts details screen.

How many external accounts can a member set up in MoneyMover?
At this time, there is no limit. You can set up as many external accounts as you would like.

Is there a history of a member's MoneyMover transactions?
Yes. You access your MoneyMover transfer history by viewing your transaction history from the Blue Federal Credit Union accounts you have transferred to or from.

Can members transfer money out of their Blue Federal Credit Union account to another external financial institution using MoneyMover?
After your account has been open for 90 days, you may transfer out of your Blue accounts using MoneyMover.
External loan accounts are not eligible for MoneyMover transfers.

Can members use MoneyMover to transfer money from their Blue FCU account (s) to an external loan account?
No. Loans are ineligible as it is not possible to send a verification from a loan as they do not contain eligible funds. However, members can transfer money into their Blue Federal Credit Union loan account (make a payment) from a verified External Account.
