New User Registration Guide for Online Banking

Follow this guide to easily register for Online Banking. 

Members will need the following information in order to register. Ensure you are registering your primary account with the correct information. 

  • Social Security Number (or Tax ID Number for Businesses/Organizations)
  • Zip Code
  • Date of Birth (or Business Account Start Date for Businesses/Organizations)
  • Valid Email Address

Ready to enroll?

  • Step 1: Enter your account information

    Enter your account information and click NEXT

    *NOTE* This information must match what is on your primary account(s). If you cannot pass this screen, please call us at 1-800-368-9328 to ensure your information is correct. 

  • Step 2: Verify your identity

    Verify your identity by sending a one-time security passcode via TEXT to your mobile phone or EMAIL to your valid email. Then click SEND PASSCODE


    NOTE: Do NOT navigate away from this screen. Registration processing may take up to 5 minutes to complete. 

  • Step 3: Enter your one-time security code

    Enter your one-time security code and click CONFIRM PASSCODE.

    *NOTE* After you have logged in once, you can choose 'Remember This Computer' if you don't want to verify your identity on your home computer. If you log in from an unfamiliar computer, device or browser in the future, you will be required to perform the one-time security passcode process.

  • Step 4: Select your username and password

    Select your username and password, confirm your email address, and click NEXT. 

    *NOTE* Members may self-retrieve their username or password at any time through Online Banking.

  • Step 5: Select your security phrase and security image

    Select your security phrase and security image, and click NEXT.

    *NOTE* These will be shown to you each time you log in to ensure you are using the correct credentials and are at the authentic Blue Federal Credit Union online banking site.
