Donna Creighton is a registered Financial Advisor through CUSO Financial Services, L.P., at Blue Federal Credit Union's Yellowstone branch. She has been in the financial services industry since 1980. She is a Series 7, General Securities Registered Representative, holds a Series 63 as well as a Series 66, and holds a Wyoming and Colorado Life Insurance License. Donna is licensed in 44 states including Wyoming and Colorado. She specializes in financial, retirement, and estate planning, a complete range of brokerage services, annuities and life insurance, and college savings accounts.

Matt Migliaccio is a Financial Advisor through CUSO Financial Services, at Blue Federal Credit Union’s Yellowstone Branch. He began his career at Blue in 2020 as a Personal Banker and held that role until he transitioned to the Investments department. He is a graduate from Stockton University, NJ with a BS in Finance. He was also born and raised in New Jersey and travels back there often to see family. When he’s not collaborating with our advisors to help clients achieve financial freedom, he likes to watch his favorite teams the Yankees and Broncos, as well as go hiking and fishing.

Dave Pringle is a registered Financial Advisor through CUSO Financial Services, L.P., at Blue Federal Credit Union's Boulder branch. Dave Pringle has been a Financial Advisor since 2003. Throughout his career, Dave has helped numerous individuals, families and business owners achieve financial strength and security. Dave’s track record includes working at large and medium size banks, large corporations, and as a business owner. His planning focus helps people work towards their vision using strategies that involve financial plans, investments and insurance. Dave grew up in the Denver area, has a son and two grandchildren. When he’s not helping people achieve their financial goals, he enjoys travel, the outdoors, cooking and fitness. He specializes in comprehensive financial planning retirement, business planning, college savings, extensive menu of investment and insurance services, and estate planning guidance.

Madesta Shepard was born and raised in Wyoming. She has held multiple positions in the financial services industry since 2020 and became a certified notary public in 2021. Madesta has a passion for helping others to manage their daily financial needs as well as reach their long-term goals with regard to retirement planning. Madesta's other passions include swimming, hiking, paddle boarding and camping on Elk Mountain and other scenic Wyoming areas--as long as the weather is warm!
