Authorized Users
Q: What is an authorized user?
A: An authorized user is someone who’s been added to a credit card account by the card’s owner, also known as the primary cardholder. The authorized user can make purchases with the credit card as if it were their own. However, the responsibility to pay any charges remains with the primary cardholder.
Q: Can I add an authorized user to my account?
A: Yes, you can add up to as many authorized users as the member would like. An authorized user can make purchases on your credit card account but isn’t an account owner. They aren’t financially responsible for the account, but we only notify the credit bureaus that they’re authorized to use your account, not a joint owner.
Q: What information do I need to add an authorized user to my account?
A: You’ll need to provide the authorized user’s Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Address, and Name.

Rates & Payments
Q: What is APR?
A: APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the rate of interest you’ll pay on your credit card annually.
Q: How is the variable APR for my credit card determined?
A: A variable APR is based on an index rate, in our case, it is the prime rate, which can change over time. As the prime rate changes, whether up or down, the APR adjusts. Most credit cards have a variable APR that works similarly. However, given that we prioritize our members’ financial health first and foremost, our rates tend to be lower than competitors. Your Blue FCU credit card variable APR is determined by your credit history.
Q: What are my options for making credit card payments?
A: Transfers within online banking, you can set up automatic payments by calling 1-800-368-9328 and MRCC can take payments over the phone, and Repay. Auto pay options can also be set up using Full Card Access in Blue Digital.
Q: How do I setup Autopay to pay my balances every month?
A: The autopay option can be set by contacting the agent at 1-800-368-9328 or using the Full Card Access in Blue Digital.
