Protect Your Account from Fraud with CardNav
The CardNav app, provided by CO-OP Financial Services, allows you to receive real-time alerts via your mobile device when specified activity occurs on your card. This allows you to immediately identify unauthorized transactions and gives you the ability to temporarily turn your card off to avoid further unauthorized charges. You will also be able to set your alert preferences for how you want to be notified and view recent transactions in the CardNav app.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is CardNav Free?
Yes, as a member of Blue, you get free access to CarNav.
Can I Manage Someone Else's Card?
Yes, you can manage a card that is not yours. A great example of this would be using CardNav to monitor a child’s spending on their debit card.
Will I Need to Authentication the App Each Time I Use It?
After the initial registration and two-factor authentication, you will only need to log in with your user ID and password or a four-to-ten-digit passcode if the application’s session has timed out.
Can I Access CardNav on a Desktop or Laptop?
No, this is a mobile app and is controlled by a smartphone or tablet.
How Does CardNav Find My Location?
The mobile device must have locations services (GPS) enabled with permission to use the current location. If your phone is turned off, without cellular service, or does not provide GPS location coordinates, it will use the last saved GPS location. However, if this situation occurs for more than eight hours, CardNav temporarily ignores the My Location policies. Transactions would not trigger alerts or control denials based on My Location preferences during this time; however an alert would be generated informing the cardholder that a transaction was conducted.
Does CardNav Still Work Outside of the U.S.?
Yes. If your phone has an internet connection, the app will work.
How Many Cards Can I Add?
There is no limit to the number of cards you can set up.
Is CardNav Secure?
Yes, Blue’s CardNav solution is particularly strong in terms of mobile security. The app mutually authenticates at both the app level and the cardholder level with the server. There is no sensitive information in the app. All sensitive information is tokenized. Communication is strictly through SSL with two-way authentication. The solution follows OWASP guidelines and meets or beats all accepted industry best practices.
Can Transactions Be Conducted In Foreign Currency?
Yes. Transaction amounts are displayed in issuer currency, but transactions may be initiated and authorized in any currency.
Are In App Notifications, Push Notifications?
Yes, notifications are push notifications in app. You do not need to be logged in.
What Happens if My Card is Turned Off, but a Recurring Bill Tries to Charge My Card?
When the card is off, most card transactions are denied by CardNav and alerts are generated for attempted transactions. However, auto-pay transactions and credits (deposits, returns and reversals) are exempt from this high-level control.
Can I Use CardNav on Multiple Devices?
Yes, you can download and use the app on as many devices as you would like. If you are utilizing locational restrictions or alerts you will need to designate a primary device using the “settings” submenu.
Can I Add Business Debit Cards or Business Credit Cards to CardNav?
