With your help, the New Online Banking platform will meet and exceed the expectations of our members. Currently, we are testing the Desktop version for Online Banking.

Current Known Issues

Issues that have been reported to Blue will be listed here.

  • Closed loans showing
  • Pending transactions not adding correctly in some cases
  • Occasionally slow login

Issues Being Resolved

The new platform will allow you to add an external account, but will not allow you to perform the validation/verification process yet.

  • Account details, multi-factor authentication won’t complete
  • Credit card activity not showing (need to go to full access)
  • Custom order and show/hide different accounts

Resolved Issues

  • Loan history not showing on all loans
